  8. Group Bookings:

    • Special cancellation terms may apply to group bookings, and these will be communicated separately to the group organizer.
  9. Refusal of Service:

    • The agency reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings if customers fail to comply with terms and conditions.
  10. Exceptions:

    • The agency may consider exceptions to the cancellation policy in cases of medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances. Customers must provide supporting documentation for consideration.
